SXS Performance makes every effort to ship your order in a timely manner. Our relationships
with our manufactures enable us to directly ship from the source, but SXSPerformance.com
may need to get parts from other locations to complete orders.
All orders made over the weekend will not be processed until Monday. If your item
is out of stock or is a custom order and will be delayed for any reason, we will
contact you via e-mail or by phone. Most orders should be received within 7 business
days. Orders drop-shipped from the manufacturer or distributor may not arrive at
the same time.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Our return policy is; parts must be returned
within 7 days of ordering. Shipping rates are non-refundable. All returns must be
in their original packaging and re-sellable. No returns will be made on any electrical
parts, custom parts, seats, cages, or special orders. Parts damaged due to shipping
or parts sent in error will be exchanged or refunded in full.
Please contact us with any returns. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
You will be issued a return authorization number, and shipping instructions for
any retuned items. No returns will be accepted with out a return authorization number.
