Shipping Policy

SXSPerformance makes every effort to ship your order in a timely manner. Our relationships with our manufactures enable us to directly ship from the source, but SXSPerformance.com may need to get parts from other locations to complete orders.

All orders made over the weekend will not be processed until Monday. If your item is out of stock or is a custom order and will be delayed for any reason, we will contact you via e-mail or by phone. Most orders should be received within 7 business days. Orders drop-shipped from the manufacturer or distributor may not arrive at the same time.

Our site calculates all shipping rates based on the UPS platform. We do reserve the right to ship with other carriers if we feel it will be more efficient for your order. We do use FedEx and US Mail service in addition to UPS.

If your order is shipped via commercial freight (Ex. Roll Cages) it is your responsibility to fully inspect your items before you sign the drivers paperwork. If a claim is not filed with the driver at time of delivery there is nothing we can do to fix the problem.

If a product is marked as free shipping it is shipped ground and not included in the pricing calculations for expedited shipping. If you would like a free shipping item expedited please feel free to give us a call at 855-797-7373 and we would be more than happy to get you a quote.

Shipping Restrictions

Non-maintenance batteries, fire extinguishers, and chemicals are shipped ground freight only to the continental U.S. Any free shipping offers are for the continental U.S. and are shipped ground freight.

Free shipping offers for Roll Cages cover the first $300 of shipping to a commercial business address. Shipping to a residential address or the requirement of a lift gate may result in additional fees you are responsible for.

Special Orders

A few of our products are custom built to order. For example, Pro Armor and PRP Suspension seats, No Limit Wheels, PRP Soft Tops, DG-Offroad Roll Cages, and certain color knee pads and arm pads are a few examples of the products that are custom built. These products can have an additional lead time of up to two weeks before they are shipped.

Returns and Refunds

1.) Download our RMA form. RMA-From.pdf. All Returns require an RMA number

2.) Contact us at 855-797-7373 within 30 days of receipt of your product for your RMA number.

3.) Return all RMA items via ground shipping to the following address:

You can return any new, unused and unaltered item within 30 days of receipt of your item.

On each item returned for refund after 30 days of receipt of your item, there may be a restocking charge. The restocking fee is $10.00 or 10% fee, whichever is higher.

Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include original product packaging. The Manufacturer's packaging must be clear of writings or markings. Do not use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping box.

Parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any manner will not be accepted for return. Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, mounting, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges. We do not accept C.O.D.'s.

If you return an item that was shipped under our free shipping promotion we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping amount from the refunded amount.

Electrical, ignition, and discontinued items are not returnable. Videos and DVD's must be unopened and in original packaging. All closeout and clearance merchandise sales are final and cannot be refunded.

Returns or refunds can be accepted at the SXSPerformance retail store.

Refunds can take 5-7 days to process.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and wire transfers.

Overseas and Foreign Orders

We proudly work with customers all over the world and can arrange shipping to just about anywhere. Please contact our sales team directly at sales@sxsperformance.com and they can process your order for you. Any orders that are shipping out of the United States to another country are required to be paid via Bank Wire Transfer.
