There are some amazing products, and your options in this industry are endless.  The Polaris RZR has so many parts and accessories to choose from.  This specific ICON Series, made it all the way through the Baja course and back!  Fully loaded from front to back and head to toe. One of the best parts about this build, is the customer came back to us after visiting the Baja course to say thank you. He gave good feedback from all of the products that were installed.

Protection and safety is your number one concern.  We replaced the stock cage with the a new Semi Gloss BackXP 1000 DG Offroad Roll Cage. Cage comes with the radius rear bumper and includes a spare tire mount.  The Front Bumper is by Outdoor Logic and the undercarriage is a Factory UTV FULL UHMW Skid Plate. Side protection shown are the XP 1000 Rockers by Vendetta Motorsports. Upgraded doors by PRP SEATS in all black offer full protection to enclose the bottom side of the UTV to keep dirt, rocks, sand, etc out of the cab, and they look awesome. On the inside of the Doors, we added the PRP SEATS Door Bag with Armpad to help store anything you dont want to keep in your pockets and offers comfort for your arm and knee.

With comfort in mind, we upgraded the stock seats to PRP Seats GT SE Suspension Seats and 5.3 Harnesses.  As we have come to know, we added the Outdoor Logic Seat Belt Bypass to get by that stock seat belt issue.  The superior seat comfort and easily adjustable harnesses,  are a “must add” accessory to any UTV. When the sun goes down, we made sure to add the Outdoor Logic40in LED Light Bar.

For traction and control, we changed out the stock wheels and tires to the GBCKanati Mongrel Tire and Raceline Mamba Beadlock Wheels.  Steering improvements include, Zborz Trailing arms and lower radius rods, Bad Ass Heavy Duty Tie Rods, and One Stop Design and Machine Sway Bar Links.  A performance UMP play car intake kit was installed to achieve maximum air intake. Communication, say what?  Of course we had to set up the PCI Race Radios Radio/Intercom kit and Communication Kit and mount. Intercom and Communications kit allows you to stay in touch with the neighboring UTV’s, base camp and your passengers.

A few smaller additions include, Axia Alloys 9” Panoramic Mirror, Bad Ass Billet Iron Cross Side Mirrors (just to see who you leave in the dust), MOMO Suede Steering wheel and M2 Distributing Steering Wheel Adapter, Rotopax 3 Gal Gas tank and mounts.
