The stock fuel rail and fuel line of the Polaris RZR XP 1000 is not the best setup. The stock fuel rail is prone to cracking, causing leaks and the fuel line is just a push on rubber hose. Empire Industries manufacturers a high quality billet fuel rail that solves the problems of the stock fuel rail, but it still uses the stock rubber hose.

What SXSPerformance has come up with is a simple ready to bolt on fuel line that works with the Empire fuel rail and the stock fuel tank. This fuel line features an all braided hose that protects the hose from abrasion, and prevents the line from being collapsed, crushed, or kinked while minimizing expansion under pressure which keeps the fuel pressure constant.

For fittings, this line uses AN fittings for a better seal. The fuel rail fitting is an NPT pipe thread fitting that mounts on the Empire the fuel rail and only requires thread sealant on the NPT threads going into the fuel rail. The OEM fuel tank outlet side uses a specialized threaded clip instead of the flimsy OEM clip.
